The Japanese pattern drafting book doesn't have any ISBN number. It is an old publication from the 60's, by Kamakura-Shobo publishers. Sometimes they might show up on ebay.com or etsy.com, and can get pretty expensive or get bid up pretty quick. Just do a search for "pattern drafting BY dressmaking" (not to be confused with "patter drafting FOR dressmaking" - that is a different book). Sorry couldn't be of more help.
